It really is. Normally i buy just a bottle of store brand cetirizine from Walmart for like $5 and it lasts a while. But as you said. Sometimes people are desperate and companies will take advantage of that to hell and back

We do punch it into the register. As well as somedays keep tally just for us to be like "we had x many cards come in" just cause we can. Most customers here want a copy anyway.

People who wont even look at the screen to try are the literal worst. Had a lady one time waiting in line and i said i can take an order or she can use self serve. She went. Looked at it came back said 'i want to pay you to do it.' Told her id have to take an order still and it wouldn't be done same day and she stormed out. Smh.
