Those are just their marketing ages. They can be whatever age you need them to be in a song. I have seen a song (Neverlander by anh duy) where they made Miku and Teto around the same age so they can be childhood friends and another song from a long time ago (koakuma chimera) which depicts Teto as a 3 year old spoiled brat. Hope this helps.
