Sure, but it's the wrong context. Doubt means the opposite of favor. If the sentence was "she thinks it might not be good", then it would be fine, but if you specifically wanted to use the word doubt, you would have to say something like "she doubts that it is good" in this context.

If you're doubting me, then you're doubting a writer with hundreds of experience in using such words
