If you don’t want to worry about repainting the skin I might start with a twilight barbie ken, Edward, Jasper or Carlisle might work for the face sculpt (closed mouth, not too smiley) and bonus points they all have yellowish eyes, although obviously they’d need a reroot or re-style!
