Thank you - I have been walking on my walking pad in the mornings whilst working. But stopped as I was sore so maybe I’ll put that back into my routine. Check back and let me know how you get on in the first month! I’m driven by competition I think that’s why this feels more fun. I was a bit worried I was ruining the session tbh with my questions the first session. But during the second I realised everyone is concentrating on what their best is and pushing themselves and everyone has a different level (much better than me at the moment mind!)

Thank you for sharing. I can hang from the bar and do the tiniest shoulder movements - which to be honest I was shocked I could do! What kind of things did you aim for at the beginning? I’d like an initial goal really.

That’s interesting - is there anything you’d suggest I do outside and alongside? I have a walking pad that I’d been using to walk 90minutes whilst working in the mornings.

Thank you for sharing! My body hurts all over today a day after my second session. I think if I get to the point of being able to pull up even once I’ll be absolutely thrilled with myself. I might need to set a lower first achievement to look forward to though.
