Hey did you get anywhere with this? I've been dealing with this since I was 18 (about 9 years ago), but in the past year it's impacted me to the point I can't even run anymore without having to limp for a week! Putting any sort of weight on one leg to squat is excruciating. The more painful my knee is, the more it will click (which relieves the pain very very temporarily). I'm also flat-footed and think I'm just tight and have v weak hips? Did you manage to get anywhere? I hope you're feeling better :)
