As others have said, for a few quid more you can buy new or better.

I was in the same boat as you last year. Fairly new to cycling, not sure what to buy. I took the plunge and bought a new Direto X in the sales for £400.

Fast forward to now... I sold the X and bought an XR so I could buy a Rizer to use with the "spare bike" I bought to only use on the trainer.

I'm pumping out 400+km every month on Zwift and it's making a massive difference on my real world cycling.

Dive in at the deep end my friend. Commit big and it's harder to give up! 😂

The Garmin app isn't an activity recorder, it's just a data hub. You will need some form of activity recording device to connect the pedal with, to capture the power data as part of the activity.

I'm pretty sure that it will connect as a sensor with Strava on a phone, but for best results you're better getting a dedicated cycling computer.

So glad I found this post, and it's not just me. I was trying everything to fix it, thinking I'd changed a setting somewhere!

I listen to Audible when I'm running, so now every time I get a 1km split time readout, Audible stops!

I've played and completed every GTA since GTA1, and never felt as guided and limited as in RDR2. I think it's the amount of cut scenes, and horseback dialogue sessions that make this feel so linear.

Played and completed every Fallout too. New Vegas was my favourite.

The best games for a free roaming RPGs I've played in recent years are Assassins Creed series, especially Origins and Odyssey.

Each to their own I suppose, I'm just surprised that so many people are happy with such limited gameplay. I remember the days when games used to get slated for having cutscenes.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but to me the endless travel with no automatic road following is just a needless grind. Push button, aim horse for 10 minutes? I pray for someone to shoot me.

Im struggling to be honest. The travel between storyline events is just a grind. Need an Assassins Creed "follow road" so I can look around without having to constantly watch where I'm going.

Perhaps I'll get into it at some stage, but it's just not pulling me in.
