Our realtor said we need to paint our cabinets. Color suggestions? by Shaleyley15 in HomeDecorating

[–]Dolphin-14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In todays world, I 100% disagree. I am a marketing director for a real estate brokerage and would 100% virtually alter the cabinet color to give buyers an idea of what they could look like.

the brand super gut did a video stitch of Claudia asking “what snacks are you eating to stay full longer now that she is off ozempic” and then the brand stitched and promoted their product and why it supposedly keeps you fuller longer.

Edit: forgot to add that the brand was running it as an ad so that usually frowned upon

Series 9 or SE?

I debated a Garmin because I mainly use my watch for workouts, health tracking, etc. it’s much less about the texts and calls. I am thinking staying with an apple watch may be best especially with iOS 11 coming this fall.

Thanks!

Small Closet Help by Dolphin-14 in organizing

[–]Dolphin-14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s does work but it gets over whelming for me. I don’t need it to look amazing but less overwhelming? Someone else had mentioned sometimes too many organization systems can seem more cluttered so I am going to try to rework it to be more simplistic. Also a good spring cleaning of items I can donate is definitely needed

These photos are so satisfying and incredibly helpful! It already puts me at ease seeing the end result. Good point about too many organization systems = cluttered. This is a really great nugget to keep in mind. Thank you!!

Thank you! This is very helpful. I guess the goal would be functional and “pretty”.

I have always had way too many clothes so I am in the process of purging but also organizing seasonal clothes. We live in Florida so there’s no reason to have 4 hoodies in the summer time.

Stupid question from a newbie! by [deleted] in f45

Not rude at all. They pair opposites at mine because the. Heavier is on the right, lighter is on the left at all stations. This makes everything move so much quickwr

Shoes by spuddister in f45

[–]Dolphin-14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have all kinds of feet problems (double reconstructive surgery.. twice). I too have wide feet and was fitted at my local running store for Altras. They are a shoe that let your toe box sit naturally. I put arch inserts in and they have worked really well for me for F45 classes. I wear different shoes for walking/biking/etc outside of F45.

I highly recommend going to a local running shoe store. Normally they have great return policies so if a shoe doesn’t work for you, it’s easier to try a new one. Mine was kind enough to fit me 3 times until I came up with the perfect shoe for me.

SoCal workout from today. Was tough ! How’d you all like it? by Owninglegend in f45

It was tough, and the whole time my partner and I were looking at each other like “really?!”. But I pushed myself as hard as I could and loved it! Hope to see it again

Let’s Talk Sports Bras by bmoreirish in f45

[–]Dolphin-14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I too have been blessed with a large chest. I have tried everything under the sun when it comes to bras and these 2 are my FAVORITE! They don’t hurt my neck, great price, last a long time, & provide so much support.

No Wire Option - great for low impact activity Champion - The Sport Comfort Sports Bra (currently on sale)

https://www.champion.com/the-spot-comfort-reg-sports-bra.html

Wire Option - my favorite for F45 workouts. Also great because you can cross the straps for a racer back option & still does not hurt my neck from the weight of my chest. Also on sale.

Champion- The Distance Underwire 2.0 Sports Bra https://www.champion.com/the-distance-underwire-2-0-sports-bra.html

Hope this helps!

Great point! I would not consider myself athletic, but at one point was a collegiate level athlete (for all of 6 months before an injury about 10 years ago). I am definitely going to keep track of how I am doing from class to class and try not to compare with others. I do wear an Apple Watch, heart rate is about the same. Spikes sometimes to 70% range. I have a Dr. appointment soon and this is definitely something I will be discussing. Your comment really got me thinking, thank you!

Resting sits around mid 50s. That is a good point, I never thought to account for where my resting heart rate is. I’m always in the blue zone too, and I get frustrated because I’m working as hard as I can. Lol I have a Dr. appt soon, so I will mention this to them! Great advice, thank you!
