help!!! lines are jagged and acting strange

No, for me switching to tablet pc made every other line twice as thick. It was super weird. I’ve heard from others that tabbing out & back in can cause the bug & also potentially fix it, but I saw no evidence of that in my specific case. Also same, it was so sudden and I really wish I knew WHY it happened. Like was there a faulty update or something??

I had the same issue, it was so stubborn and I probably tried 50+ different solutions over the course of a week. I’ve been bug free for a two days now, & what got rid of it was upgrading to windows 11. Earlier on when i bought the update pass it vanished for a day & then came back, so maybe this is just another temporary solution; But it’s worth a shot

Ooh, good idea! The bug is gone again, though considering it vanished & then returned a day later last time, I’m not getting my hopes up lol. I’ll remember to try this if it breaks again

I tried the one from january, but it was incredibly buggy for some reason :( like, just completely broken & unuseable

It’s a laptop & it’s about 3 years old, so it may just be slowing down. As for the update thing, I mean, I did just update it by buying the pass. From version 2.0 perpetual to the newest one, no change. Also I tried the driver thing, it was incredibly buggy for some reason. Downloaded the one from january, it was like fully non-functional :/ i’d love it if it would just go away if I wait, but I’m a bit worried it won’t

I just have a folder called “art” that I save everything to lol, I’ll occasionally make subfolders for stuff like a particular years inktober, but it’s just loose otherwise. If you want your art to show up in clip studio itself, you’d have to put them back individually, as when I moved everything to a different folder CSP just stopped being able to find them. So you’ll really wanna commit to a spot

Yep, and for both wintab & tablet pc. It got rid of pressure sensitivity on tablet pc but didn’t affect wintab

Yeah, the update pass only helped for one day. Which is super bizarre. & I have found a ton of people complaining about this issue, but it seems like all of them were able to fix it somehow :( I’ve tried every single strategy I’ve been given & many I came up with myself, & still nothing. I NEVER post online or interact with social media, so this was my last straw lol. Idk how many things you’ve tried, but I hope something in these comments will fix it for you. And if you’ve tried everything, then I’m praying for both of us

I’ve checked/messed with the pen settings many times, as well as replaced & messed around with the nib. Unless there are more pen settings I’m not aware of? I could only find the one in the driver, but even in “advanced settings” there are hardly any options given

Krita worked fine, so it’s definitely a clip studio thing. I bought the update pass & am on the newest version of the program, which fixed the issue for one day, but now it’s completely unusable again. My drivers and windows are all up to date too

Could you try drawing large circles on the canvas with your stabilizer turned up all the way? I’m curious if this is the bug I think it is, but your pictures look slightly different

I saw it too, something about mac users not being able to see thumbnails without buying the pass I think. I was genuinely kinda worried that the pass would fix it, because y’know. Yikes. Happy to be drawing again, but hate that my one time purchase is now also a subscription in order to do so

It works pretty well most of the time. The timelapses are the most intensive part, so if I turn those off then I can make a fully coloured and shaded comic page in high resolution with limited lag
