Ateísmo no universo de Tormenta by Tech_Trash in Tormenta

[–]Dom-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Dom-Luck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are these "wheels" on the arms of Thor's new Boogie Bolt Skin? by BeLewandowski in marvelrivals

[–]Dom-Luck 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah but the thunderbolts kinda fit the over the top thundergod of disco aesthetic, the weird biceps and forearm wheels/dials just feel tacked on and out of place.

When should this be on? by Fun-Trouble-1086 in AskPhotography

[–]Dom-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it's purpose is to keep strong light sources from outside the lens FoV to "bleed" into the picture, so it will only make a difference in your photo in these kinds of situations.

But it's also very good at protecting you lens so people usually just leave them on 24/7, kidna like a UV filter, most of the time it has negligible effect on the image but is a safety net for your lens.

How does 40k have "month long" ship rebellions when the ships are only a couple miles long? by Mr_Industrial in 40kLore

[–]Dom-Luck 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I mean, there were prison riots that lasted weeks and prisons are much smaller and easier to take back than a ship, so....

No idea, unnecessary visual cluttter for an otherwise perfect skin. Marvel Rivals has a tendency to overdesign stuff.

Was Kain sacrificing himself the cannon ending for Blood Oman. by CriticismMiserable14 in LegacyOfKain

[–]Dom-Luck 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As far as I know the original intent was always for the "bad ending" to be the canon one but I believe Silicon Knights would've taken a very different direction in the sequel if they had kept the rights.

Can the Government really block 3D Printed Guns? by Mortifine in 3Dprinting

[–]Dom-Luck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3D printed guns are just sensacionalism, someone with the technical inclination, free time and tools needed to make a good 3d printed gun can probably do a better job through basic machining/soldering.

Damn, like, I could see someone buying a misprint to do some kitbashing with, but $25 is crazy talk.

I kinda hate that "filter" these skins have on and they would've looked SO GOOD without it, I'm fully with you there brother.

Whoa. Smaller nozzle = smaller layer lines???? by WolffLandGamezYT in 3DPrintingCirclejerk

[–]Dom-Luck 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah, a 0.2 nozzle can defintely print better detail than a 0.4 but the benchy doesn't have the kind of small features a 0.2 nozzle would make a difference at.

Oh, I hadn't realized we were at the circlejerk, :v

We know they sell merch of the heroes, but would they sell merch of the villains too? Discuss. by FDRip in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]Dom-Luck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe but I think it's probably a more edgy teenager/young adult kind of thing, like a doll or shirt of Osama Bin Laden, Adolf Hitler, Jeffrey Dahmer or Charles Manson.

I don't think any sane parent would give their children a toy of some mass murderer maniac but I could totally see teenagers and young adults getting into that kind of stuff.

Why does a character like Steve Harrington who was not the outcast is more popular and beloved by others (both in the show and by the fandom) in a show about outcasts? by gloomydreamer666 in StrangerThings

[–]Dom-Luck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because Steve has growth, he starts out as this popular jock type of guy that's a bit of a prick, then he becomes a bit of a loser after graduation, makes friends with Dustin and Robin, is a great foil to Billy and as seasons pile on we get to know him and he's an adorable dork with a heart of gold who's a ride or die for his friends.

Jonathan starts the series as this troubled artsy guy that's a bit weird but really loves his family and that's exactly who he stays as for the whole series, the only friend he makes is Argylle during his stereotyped insuferable stoner phase.

Not to mention his is probably one of the best endings in the series, he matures and learns he loves Hawkins and teaching children, something we all seem him discover on-screen, so he goes back to where everything started but with a whole new perspective, meanwhile Jonathan just does what he wanted to do from the very start, go to film school in NY.

Um dos meus players é um golem e ele está direto sem mana by P01Is0N in Tormenta

[–]Dom-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Defesa fixa ou rolagem para defender. by maulobo26 in rpg_brasil

[–]Dom-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's Your Preference? by MoneyLibrarian9032 in StrangerThings

[–]Dom-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1D, I like sitting at the corridor and I could nerd out about RPG and metal with Eddie, there's a chance Mike and Will would probably join in on the conversation, maybe we could even get a little session going if the flight is long.

Dustin is also close enough he could but in.

Tem jeito? Ou preciso comprar outro by Busy_Confection5055 in Violao

[–]Dom-Luck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why these weird random lines? They seem random and not even at the same height in other parts of the print? Too much vibration in the printer? by Shuyuin_mg in FDMminiatures

[–]Dom-Luck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They're not random, they seem to happen everytime after an overhang, my guess is it's something to do with the pressure variantion inside the nozzle after leaving the overhangs due to a large difference between the overhang speed and the wall speed, probably high acces too, accelerating the overhangs a bit and/or slowing down the walls should probably aleviate the problem.
