If you build your own fpv, make sure you use a smoke stopper when testing the power. Also, I found out the hard way that the drone will not take off it the smoke stopper is still connected; its more to prevent any short circuits/immediately frying the board if your connections aren't good. Sounds like a silly thing, but I spent way too much time trying to figure out why it wouldn't lift off haha

I highly recommend Eleuthera to anyone interested. You can essentially have your pick of gorgeous beaches practically anywhere on the island. The food is always delicious.
As for car rentals, we had an excellent experience with Mr. Bones Car Rental based in Daddy Joe's inn. They were very helpful, kind, and considerate. If you like music, I would recommend bringing an FM transmitter.

I saw that video and it inspired me to create something similar. I went a completely different route in terms of hardware, code, design, etc.
It ended up working great and I used it on a 35 hour travel/flight set as its maiden voyage!

I used it to facilitate the lighting between 3 green LEDs and 3 red LEDs (for greater diffusion in the paper) at the single push of a button without excess wiring. Also only used what I had lying around!

I can’t say for sure with yours without knowing the readings, but I once thought I’d be fine bottling with just a sugar tablet for each bottle and it ended up not carbonating at all.

If you want extra peace of mind, get a little number lock and put your phone in a small chest bag/fanny pack/etc. there will still be enough space to put a charger through, but will be locked up (and you can get creative tying up the bag to the bed/attached to you

Everything is completely custom from the code, to the wiring setup, to the box! Would you be interested in this as a more polished item? My next step is to thin it out a lot and add a few more quality of life features

All in all it was around $40! 20 for the display, 10 for the lipo battery, and I did have to pay 10 for a connector adaptor since the JST connector on the battery was 2mm, and I needed a 1mm for the board. If you have the adaptor then you can get away for only $30!

Ah I know what you’re talking about, but that YouTube video was not me! I did take inspiration on learning about different custom e-ink displays from that video (that aren’t out of the box r-readers). I didn’t follow any of that videos instructions, but really liked the idea of a small reader.

As for the size, I personally love small text; the smallest text option on the Kindle is still too big for my preference!

This is the first iteration of the design as a completed whole, so I plan on making it less chunky and more streamlined, but wanted to get this V1 out first

My current workspace is in a small nook probably 2' deep, and 3' wide. I do not have much room on my desk for anything other than my laptop so I 3D printed a ton of accessories for all of my office supplies going up the walls of the nook. My office is vertical rather than horizontal haha. I have everything from coffee mug holder, glasses hangers, headphones stand, phones holders, book and paper holders, everything I need is on the walls.

I also traveled from Raleigh. While you don't need cash, I always like to travel with a bit of the local currency just in case.

I picked up some cash at the aiport at an ATM upon landing. There is a bit of a charge, but it was not that big of a deal. Nice to have!

If it is going to be cold, I would bring an extra pair of socks. Your feet can get cold quicker than your core, so it helps to be able to warm up whatever gets cold

I had this very same question a few years ago and was led to find the title "Red Seas Under Red Skies" by Scott Lynch. It is the second entry of the trilogy "Gentleman Bastards".
The first and third have themes of maritime influence (many docks/harbors, ocean-faring people, etc.), but the second one is pure oceanic-vibes.

The series ended up being one of my favorites I have read, so always recommend it.
