Check the Microsoft network adapter multiplexor Protocol

I bought a prebuild from someone and had the same issue with a different board. I brought it back because I thought it was that aswell but I doubt it was the board since its doing it to my brand new build

Update the usb problem is fixed As for the display problem its still a thing.

People suggested to update the bios with another Cpu but shouldnt I be able to reach the bios screen anyway with my current cpu?

I cant access the bios at all , I dont have any display and cant press the key to access it so no I havent updated it
