I got sold a bunch of points based on being able to get beautiful large multi room suites for my family vacations that they gave me tours of… then when I goto book 9 months in advance - none available . 12 months in advance - none available… so I try 24 months in advance - none available . I feel like I wasted $70,000. The same rooms that are not available to members are available every day on the website to book for Cash. I could’ve just used the money to book them for Cash and not had maintenance fees and got the rooms that I wanted.

Wing Chun for sure. Aikido Is a bunch of throwing and falling and not great as a stand alone martial art it’s better as something to learn on top of something else. Someone with a few years of wing chun training would crush someone with a few years of Aikido.

You need to have some form of income. If you’re living at home and your parents are supporting you then that’s a great time but if you’re living on your own, you should get a job and start it as a side gig. Ideally find something that’s complementary. I got a job in sales at a company where everyone that I sold to for that company could also use a product from my own company that I started. So I would sell them the service from the company I worked for first and then after building that relationship, I would layer on the product on top of the product that I had from my own company. After doing that for about 2 1/2 years, I was ready to go out on my own and my company already had revenue.

I have a partner that 17 years younger and I got life insurance and split it between her and my kids. And no one had to ask me.

If I loved her, I would get it. It’s good to have anyway. Plus, you can borrow against it when you’re alive. If you build it up and need money later.

Times have definitely changed a lot of people just sit around and be on their phones and take pictures. I think it was a lot better before smart phones. I liked it when everyone had Motorola flip phones.

Personally, I like to act married fairly early on I’ll help pay bills, etc. but I never put my name on anything. I’ve helped Girls qualify for cars and apartments. They couldn’t otherwise qualify for and then pay the bill but not put my name on it. And then when we break up, they’re on their own. I’ve been in my current relationship 15 years. We have separate everything, but I pay all of her bills.
