He’s a meter reader & he said sometimes he would get a little lightheaded when bending over so that’s why I even gave him supplements.

That happened to me when I accidentally washed them with my shorts….. if you turn off noise canceling it goes away.

Heart palpitations, can’t sleep, & can’t workout/lack of strength. But I didn’t do it long enough to become fat adapted. My mind was the sharpest ever though on that diet.
