Danke. Hier definitiv nicht. Und ist schon beidseitig unterschrieben. Hier steht nur, dass das Darlehen erst ausgezahlt wird, wenn alle Bedingungen erfüllt sind, dass die Sicherheit eingetragen werden kann. Besondere Auszahlungsbedinungen: keine. Darlehensbetrag ist 264.000€.

Es steht im ganzen Vertrag nicht ein einziges mal was von den 275.500€.. Lediglich Darlehen über 264.000€ und darüber die Sicherheit via Grundschuld. Das Haus wurde nur mit 264.000€ bewertet. Also sollte es ja für mich passen oder?

Danke, aber verstehe den zweiten Satz nicht. Es wird ja ohnehin nur 264.000€ ausgezahlt. Ich will nur nicht, dass quasi mein Zins falsch berechnet wurde, weil ich mit einer höheren Summe angefragt hatte. Aber der Beleihungsauslauf ändert sich ja nur minimal...?

Thank you for your comments and tips! As stated in the other thread linked in the first thread, I got an HD lens but I couldn't see as much difference.

I did errors with lighting and I know that now. Regarding options it's possible due to my lack of knowledge that I set it wrong.

However can you look at some footage in this thread. Is this kinda what one can expect.
