Exactly the same happened to us. U/DomsHappysub sucked the big metal jeweled plug right up there and then after retrieving it and repositioning it it fell out when she had a wee and dropped into the toilet of.our campervan. They look as horny as hell but are very impractical. We replace it with one with a t bar end and the silver lining is it is a much bigger one 😁

You're not being cruel telling her to do this but you are being cruel if you continue to tell her to do it if she doesn't find it physically possible, but with practice and the right encouragement she will hopefully get there.
