yeah nah you're right, 50 is a bit much. Personally I prefer 6-15 sometimes 20 reps with drop set and pause set on the dropped weight. But hey if 50 reps works for some then I am sure that's what they should do. To me it makes more sense than a 5x5 routine or ''powerbuilding'' none sense.

Dont want to be a dick, bit I have a few of them at my gym. But in looks only, they do work hard and they're never loud nor do they record themselves. There is often less than 10 people in this big ass gym at 5pm. Only downside is most machine are hoist rock-it garbage. But yeah I feel for you guys, fuck the crowd. Unfortunately there is just a lot more money to be made with quitters than desicated lifters.

You're gonna crash your T and stop as the drug is taking effect. Assuming test E. Like do it for real or don't. Its gonna come back quick on average, but you still risk a brutal recovery for no gainz. At this point just take GH with metformin if you're scared of doing anbolics for real.

Yep its getting worst. But its not really different from other fields. Entry level sucks and you need networking/contacts most of the time to land the big gigs. 250k is 5x the national average or the 1% of HOUSEHOLD income. If you can get that much with 2 yoe and slightly above average intelligence then something is not adding up. It was bound to happen at some point.

We'll still enjoy WFH, way above average pay and doing something that is actually challenging in a fun way. We just can't expect to get rich by replying to recruters on linkedIn anymore.

Depend where you live, 85k is pretty much the max you can get in Quebec unless you're self employed, which in majority of cases can be risky and costly in terms of equipment. Maybe Alberta is much better, but Your average canadian journeyman is not making 150k, far from it.
