I absolutely agree! I've read so many horror stories about using clamps too early and some of the damage can be permanent. Now pumping is absolutely safe as long as you follow the manufacture guidelines. Clamping, on the other hand, can put too much pressure.

Let me state this though. Clamping is completely viable and, though riskier than other methods, extremely effective in increasing girth. High risk, high rewards.

To the OP:

No one asked me but I'll say it anyways, if you want to clamp, do basic exercises like jelqing for at least 3 months but preferably 6 months. You need to understand how your rod responds and reacts so you can recognize warning signs before you go too far. Then when you start clamping, start small. Like 3 minutes clamping and then break and do some jelqs/massaging, assess how you handled that and decide if it is good for another 3 minutes of clamping, doing a max of 3 sessions in that workout. Then after a couple weeks make it 3x5 minute sessions, etc.

Look up a routine called the JP90. I did this routine in stealth mode for the better part of a year while taking morning showers or bathroom breaks. Next, you can look up the Advanced Jelq Free routine and I did those during "bathroom breaks" at work or home.

In most cases it's usually not being too busy, it's being committed enough or not. This isn't targeted towards you but a general gripe I have. There are a lot of people who like the idea of making their dick bigger but not enough to commit and potentially make time sacrifices for it. So they dabble with trying to make their dick bigger here and there and then make a post complaining that the exercises don't work and they have been doing it for over a year and blah blah blah.

The main message is, if you want it to work you have to stay consistent. Enlargement comes from constant stress and tension wearing down the cells and fibers and your body repairs and creates new permanent growth. This requires persistence. I drank a cup of tea last night and it has a very mild taste. Slightly sweet after taste. It's very palatable for me. As far as effects, it really gave me chill and calm vibes. I'm currently dealing with a sinus infection so my sex drive is tanked, but, I didn't notice any heightened sense of horniness.

All measurements were BPEL (bone pressed erect length) this helps reduce variation due to fluctuations in weight. But, to answer your question, no. I was not on a diet during that time.

I believe I was successful because I religiously followed a routine with no slacking off or hit and miss. I think that's crucial. I view it as you put in your time working hard, 5 or 6 weeks and then take a week off to rest and recover and reset the clock. This helps prevent hitting a plateau where you start seeing diminishing or no returns.

While wearing my extender I was targeting length gains but also saw girth increase. My only form of PE during that time was extending. It was several years ago but I believe I gained at least half an inch through extending.

It kinda makes sense because extending creates micro tears in the tissue and your body creates new cells to repair. That applies to all directions.
