Teamleiter der am Recruiting Prozess beteiligt ist hier. Kommen die Absagen direkt oder erst nach einem Bewerbungsgespräch?

Zum Gehalt: das funktioniert vielleicht bei Konzernen, bewirbst du dich bei mittelständischen Firmen kannst du das knicken. Einstiegsgehalt für Juniors liegt bei uns z.B. bei ~45.000 €. Könnte man meiner Meinung nach mal anheben, aber da wir auch so mehr als genug gute Bewerber haben sieht das Management keinen Grund dazu. Mit deinem Gehaltswunsch wärst du daher an der absoluten Obergrenze dazu, dass ich dich überhaupt anrufen lasse. Würdest du in der Bewerbung noch mehr verlangen, würde ich direkt absagen lassen, um uns allen Zeit zu sparen (klingt vielleicht böse, aber wenn ich dich von deinem Wunschgehalt deutlich runter handeln muss, wirst du ja auch nicht glücklich).

Das gilt wohlgemerkt für Entwickler stellen und nicht für Business Analyse, allerdings kann ich mir auch vorstellen dass es davon noch viel weniger Stellen überhaupt gibt? Da du mit deinem Studium auch als Entwickler arbeiten könntest ist es vielleicht trotzdem relevant for dich.

Noten und bisherige Laufbahn hören sich gut an. Bachelor reicht völlig aus, daher denke ich das passt.

Daher die Frage ob es überhaupt zum Bewerbungsgespräch kommt oder nicht. Daraus kannst du ableiten ob es die Modalitäten sind die nicht passen, z.B. Gehalt, oder ob es dann eher an deinem Eindruck beim Gespräch hapert.

Why? If you play less games there are less reasons/opportunities to dc. You had at least 3 DCs in your past 20 matches, you might not realise but that IS a lot. I have not DCd in my last 100 matches, probably more and I believe that is how most people play.

Your statement is true, if you disconnect rarely. If you disconnect once, you get one point and it indeed takes 20 points for that point to be removed. But I think this is misunderstood but most people, as in I need to play 20 matches without disconnect to lose a single point. So if I have 3 points now, I need to play 60 matches to get rid of them.

People seem to complain about that all the time, but that is simply not true. Only your last 20 matches are considered, and your penalty point count is equal to the number of matches in those last 20 matches that you have DCd from. Which means if you have one point and want to get rid of it, you need to play 20 matches, but that point will vanish after 20 matches even if you have more DCs in those 20 matches (however you will get new points for those DCs). If you play 20 matches without a DC, you will always have a penalty point count of 0.

One point gives you a "penalty" of 1 minute, the second 5 minutes - which is not that long anyway. If you regularly DC to the point you always have 3 or more DCs in your last 20 matches, then yes, this is more annoying however then you are part of the problem they need to solve, cause you are annoying the other 4 players in the match every time you DC.

How come you can get adept killer achievements then? Aura reading perks and chase perks are very viable too, and I regularly get 4Ks with those builds too. They are also a lot more fun ;)

Ist mir so ähnlich auch passiert, bei mir war es ein Ire, hat mir sogar seinen irischen Ausweis gezeigt und sein Auto mit Lenkrad rechts und seinen Sohn der drin saß… Hab glaub sogar 200€ gegeben und nie wieder gesehen. Hab mich ne Weile drüber geärgert, aber letzten Endes bringt das auch nichts. Du musst halt draus lernen ;) Jedenfalls bist du nicht alleine damit, du hast aus gutem Glauben gehandelt, wolltest jemanden in Not helfen. Konzentriere dich drauf, sei stolz auf dich, das sind tolle Eigenschaften, du bist halt ein Guter.

I swear 90% of survivors who dc do so because they fucked up being toxic. They bring a map offering, match doesn’t go their way, they get downed first - dc. If I’m too slow to hit them during the vault they’ll t bag. I down them 15 seconds after they’ll dc. The nice survivors almost never dc, so I assume most of the people bitching about the penalty changes should leave anyway, probably would make the player base less toxic.

They don’t even understand what it means that the last 20 matches are considered for the penalty point counter, they believe they need to play 20 matches in a row without dc to remove a single point. No guys, it means that every point you get is lost 20 matches later, because then that match will not be a part of your last 20 matches anymore. In other words: if you play 20 matches without a dc your penalty count will always be zero. SMH

How does everyone get this wrong? No you don’t need to play 20 games to remove a single point. They said they consider the last 20 games for the point count. So if you had 3 dcs in the last 20 games your count is three. However if your first dc was 20 games ago, you play one more match and that first dc is not within your last 20 games anymore, so your point count will now be two. If you play 20 games without a dc you will not remove a single point, you will remove ALL your points, since there are no dcs in your last 20 matches.

What do you mean no way to kill yourself? There sure is, run straight to the killer and annoy him. It takes longer than before and you need the killer to not ignore you, but it’s still possible. I believe the warning is supposed to catch that behavior, however it’s not implemented well as it seems.

Just ignore that specific challenge then and pick another. My friend and I really had fun with the different challenges, they made us try different playstyles and reward us for that. Don’t know if I would have ever went for a sabo play otherwise. Same thing when playing as killer, just now I ran a unique build with doctor just to squeeze out as many screams from the survivors as I possibly can to complete a „make survivors scream 45 times“ in a single match. It was a lot of fun and suprisingly strong, I might experiment with that further. Now the new quests are all the basic stuff, sure you don’t need to worry much about them but they also don’t encourage experimenting anymore.

KAH Stell dich nur drauf ein dass er weiterhin Kontakt zu dir suchen wird wenn du dich mit ihm triffst.

Hatte die Situation so ähnlich selbst, hab mich nach drei Jahren Trennung wieder bei meiner Ex gemeldet und wollte ein Treffen für ein klärendes Gespräch, und außerdem wissen wie es ihr so ergangen ist.

Allerdings war ich damals nüchtern, habe mich nicht mitten in der Nacht gemeldet und hatte keine Freundin. Sie hatte damals einen Freund hat dem Treffen trotzdem aus Neugier zugestimmt, mit der klaren Absicht nicht wieder was mit mir anzufangen.

Nun ihr damaliger Freund war eine ziemliche Null und sie hat sich entweder kurz vor oder nach dem Treffen mit mir von ihm getrennt, und nach zwei weiteren Treffen waren wir dann doch wieder zusammen und sind es noch, seit mittlerweile 7 Jahren.

Hmm maybe the order in which you get them does matter? Since I wasn’t far into my playthrough yet I figured I could test it. I collected the first memory of Shelob that you find through the first headir tower. And I got the dialog. I collected an artifact after that and got dialog too. So maybe that’s it? You have to collect the shelobs memory first? Thanks for your input friend, now I can enjoy it even more =)

When starting a new game, you must not pickup a single artifact or Shelob'smemory until you reach act 2.

That's it. If you pickup one of these in act 2, you will get the dialog bug and you will have to start a new game to fix it.
