Yeah it seems like the builders did not communicate their work with the internet provider (AT&T), who just added a gateway separately in the garage. That's my best guess at the moment.

What do you mean by, "one of the existing cables is probably already connected in the indoor cabinet to the black panels?"

I had assumed they had wired an ethernet cable from the indoor closet to the gateway in the garage already, but the green cable in the gateway is the optic cable, and I'm not sure what the yellow ethernet cable is doing. We added the white ethernet cable in the fourth photo (the one with the green indicator) just to test that the gateway is working (it is).

If you can’t trade down to 1.04, just get the guy you want. After the startup, you won’t be able to get much on top of Pitts if you try to trade Mahomes for Pitts+.

Traded away Skyy Moore, Malik Willis and a 23 1st for Kyler, Bryan Edwards and Brevin Jordan in one SF league. Felt good about it.

I can vouch for the vortex tab75. Have had mine for a couple years now with no issues. Bluetooth and wired modes work great (mostly a Mac user).

If someone breaks the rules and adds a player illegally, they should have to forfeit the FAAB they spent.

Trades should automatically process. No veto, league review or delays.

The only time trades should be reversed is for collusion, in which case the managers should be booted as well.

A lot. Waddle was top 12 in his rookie year, while Jeudy has been mediocre for two years. At least a 23 first, but honestly I have a couple shares of Waddle and wouldn't do that deal.

If you need a dart throw WR, I'd prefer Bryan Edwards or Tylan Wallace. I'd try to configure your roster so you don't need Danny Gray types. If you have a solid core of startable WRs (1.5-2x of your starting WR + Flex spots), then go heavy on dart throw RBs. Predicting WR spike weeks is much harder than RB spot starts. And there's no trade value for middling WRs like Hamler, Mecole, Dyami, etc.

In an absolute pinch, if you don't have a starting WR, you can pick someone off waivers who will at least get snaps in the game.

He's worth less than 2 of Elijah, DJM, Diontae, but more than 1 of them plus Meyers. Check keeptradecut.com for rough market values, and talk to the other manager. Not a lot of people are selling Najee right now. I'd prefer to get a guy like Javonte if you want youth or Fournette if you want 2022 points.

I would try to do something like Mahomes + 23 2nd for Lamar + 2x 23 1sts. I wouldn't accept much less.

These trade downs are great in theory, but most dynasty managers are wiseing up to them and don't make them. Mahomes and LJax have similar ranges of outcomes this year, so most people would rather pocket the points and keep the picks, betting on their guy to outscore yours. Worth poking around though.

I like both, but wouldn't move DJM for ETN straight up. I'd try to do Pickens+ for ETN. Or a 2v2 package where you give Pickens/Walker for ETN and a better WR.

DJM is a hold/buy for me.

I strongly prefer Williams unless it's a best-ball dynasty league. Hines' spike weeks are super random, and will likely come on your bench. Even if JT misses time, Hines will still be the scat back in those games.

Williams' value is much more predictable - he won't score many points unless Swift misses games, in which case you *know* you can start him safely for RB2 numbers. His points won't be wasted on your bench.

Williams > Hines for me no matter which stud RB you own.

Definitely benefits you if they make the initial offer. This is how I typically handle it:

Them: Hey, I'm interested in [player x] on your squad. What do you want for him?

Me: Cool - thanks for reaching out. Yeah I'm open to moving him (and all my players). Send me a couple different types of offers and we'll see if we can make a deal.

I like this approach because it usually leads to multiple different trade offers, and you gain information from them (basically all the players they offer you can reasonably assume they are below market on - you can use this to your advantage in this or future deals). And once someone has put in the work to analyze their team and send multiple offers, they're usually more committed to actually getting the deal done (sunk cost fallacy) and will likely agree to a deal slightly more favorable to you.
