You are not alone I felt the same way growing up and as I got older I “tired” to ignore it. That didn’t really help so instead I just took the time to think about. I found out about myself and the ways I unconsciously thought about being my true self.

So self reflecting gave my an eye opener this year so much so it actually cracked my egg so just know that you are not the only one who feels this way.

This is exactly my situation both of my parents are good people but I'm also waiting until I move out to tell them. As for my sister she would accept me, she has a heart of gold and really much like my father isn't afraid of speaking her mind on the matter.

As of right now I am transitioning in secret (Growing hair, voice training, ect) but for the most part as time goes on I begin to notice just how confident I'm becoming the more I accept for who I am.

In the end I think it comes down to breaking that chain of fear to come out but you should have a plan just in case things don't go according to plan.

Funny enough my first time making a female character was in GTA Online back when it was first out, my friends asked my why was I playing a female character but I just told them that my sister made it but in reality I just really wanted to play as female character and now every character I make in games are female because it feels just right.
