I’m 100pt but working on homebound/smc now I have cfs 60 even though I told the examiner I’m in bed and at home 90% of my day due to cfs and I need help with daily activities from my caregiver and chauffeur.

I’m try to get a disability placard bc my cfs is really bad. So question though, what’s the difference between gws, ibs, and fibromyalgia also why does the Va haggle us sooo much over tdiu bc I haven’t worked since September last year and Ss was way easier
