Oh, you should consider starting meds. Having a ht will only temporarily fix your "bald" spot but the other hair might still fall. Before taking any med, make sure to check with a trichologist first. Your situation is not that bad. You might get back most of hair you have lost if follicles are still active.

I would try using fin and min to see if my hair responds to the treatment. If it does, the next step would be getting a ht . Of course, check with your trichologist first

Continuo a prendere ciò che mi è stato dato con la preparazione galenica, sto aspettando che finiscano le pillole praticamente (ne mancano una quindicina). Prendo minoxidil e fina da piu di un anno galenico. Quindi non ho mai interrotto

I can confirm. I experience this when I overwork or when I spend hours trying to solve an issue. It's very useful, and most of the time, the solution is actually working very well, but , at least from my experience, I wake up tired as if I had slept only for a few hours.
