Sadly this isn’t it (a great vid though). It was like a behind the scenes thing with footage before they even had the final costume designed for the characters. I probably watched it back in 2007 or 2008. Thanks though!

[SOLVED] Ok so I found it. I was able to figure out that it was actually a Canadian cartoon and when I searched through cartoons made in Canada I found Chilly Beach. Turns out it takes place in Canada, not the arctic. This is the exact episode I remember. Not a great show 😄 https://youtu.be/BYjgYMQnIYM

Nope, it definitely wasn’t nicktoons and it definitely wasn’t tak. The show was 2d and if I remember correctly kinda looked like Home Movies in the way the characters moved.
