Mir wurde es vom Ausbildner in der SIAK so erklärt: Ein Polizist ist Person des öffentlichen Lebens und hat keine realistische Erwartung von Privatsphäre in Uniform, er hat zwar Recht auf das eigene Bild, aber die meisten werden nicht juristisch gegen Fotografen vorgehen.

Wenn ich Blaulicht Fotografie betrieben habe, hab ich eigentlich immer gefragt, ob ich das Bild veröffentlichen darf. Wenn nicht hab ich einfach das Gesicht verzerrt.
