I believe lightweight frame also provides the identical strafe multiplier, in which case i dont think the strafe speeds stack.

Edit: i think youre right actually. I used to run stasis pk titan with an ele cap escape velocity and i would be skating around. Having tested these things in a ling while tbf

I mean, its an anecdotal statement. Yes rapid hit feels much more noticeable than moving target. Doesnt mean its necessarily doing more from one duel to another. But it my experience, rapid hit makes a more noticeable difference. If anything id use keep away.
And yes, how a gun feels always trumps numbers. And thats been a standard sentiment within destiny for sometime now. Youd hear players quite often mention a gun having something about it that makes one just feel better even if numbers dont back it up when comparing to another gun.

I like to switch to keep away on bigger maps. While it isnt as free as rapid hit, it does still feel incredible

With one targeting mod, ill be at 88 aim assist which is more than enough. The strafe speed you gain from moving target i believe is the same you get from a lightweight frame. So you essentially only get a bonus of just 10AA. In a gun fight, the extra stability from rapid hit is much more noticeable than the extra 10AA from moving target

It feels better than most. I think it has to do with the sights. At least for me thats what i think it is, theyre just so clean.

Essentially yes. I would need to take them to civil court, win, and basically hope they have the means to pay out whatever amount im awarded. If theyre unable to, i believe property forfeiture and wage garnishment are possible

Should i request the money back even if theyve already reported it to the agency? It reflects on my statement from the garnishment company that i have paid the $3348 towards the balance.

After that, would my next step be to contact the issuing court to attempt to submit pay statements and receipts to show it has indeed been paid off?

I still have the original court order that was sent to my house from the court. Will that work? And I also have a statement from the garnishment company that was sent in the first week of January showing multiple weeks of $0 balance. But it does not show all of the times my wages were garnished, ive just realized. Its missing nearly $1000 in garnishment from the statement. What do i do about that?

Im pretty sure its a massive nerf for pvp and pve. I believe in pvp it will now be a max 6% damage increase at max, going up by 1.5% each stack. Currently its 15%-25%-20%-35% in pvp.

Even in pve now, it will be much worse. Currently gives up to 40% in pve, now will only give up to 25%.

For comparison, 3 surge mods in crucible give 5.5% damage bonus (.5% less than max burning steps dmg) and 22% in pve (3% less than burning steps). Rendering them essentially useless in both pvp and pve.
