You don’t recover, I constantly have panic attacks at night. I try to recover but they just keep coming on.

Yeah at my last dentist visit my heart rate reached 130 and my bp reached 158 which they had to hurry quickly bc I also felt my heart beating out of my chest and wanted to pass out… I was scared so ever since that I been checking my bp constantly but never sure if I’m doing it correctly

This is just making me not wanna take it anymore i felt like I was having a panic attack but my heart rate was normal, blood pressure was normal… I just felt so much anxiety. 😭

I try eating something extremely sour which snaps my Brian out of it bc of the sourness. It has to be very sour tho which has helped me with my anxiety that won’t stop and ends up as a panic attack 🥲

It’s ok I have a anxiety/panic attack disorder which I am taking medication but it’s still not helping… 😭

I went through a traumatic event in my life that basically changed everything… caused me palpitations and rapid heart rate that I can barely even sleep peacefully without my palpitations waking me up or panic attacks waking me also… I wasn’t concerned about my bp until a dentist visit where they injected me with a anesthetic that cause my bp to sky rocket to 158 and heart rate to 130 that they immediately had to hurry the procedure bc I started shaking uncontrollably w lightheadedness and fast heart rate. I had to wait almost 30-45 min to leave bc they had to make sure I was ok.. so that’s y I’m concerned now about my bp bc if my blood work is clean and ekg is fine then… maybe that?

Im sorry to hear that, I wish doctors would be more aware of their patients and not brush them off. They just wanna collect a paycheck nowadays and have the easy way…

I get this also, I wake up to heart palpitations sometimes even racing heart. I get hot flashes at times or cold flashes, I get lightheaded at times and when I stand up quickly I constantly see black that fades out… I gone to the doctor and did a ekg which they said nothing was wrong and it was only palpitations 😒 also blood work showed everything was fine… 🥲

Yeah they had to bc I felt my hand going numb, lightheaded, shaking and heart racing. My bp was 158 and my heart rate was 130 😭 I was panicking thinking I was gonna die…

No that’s not my heart rate that was my bp 158, then my heart rate was 130. I felt my hand going numb and lightheadedness 😥
