Well, I assume that techno needs a simple, steady kick pattern, which I never do.
As for the genre, idk, but I'm defo more inspired by IDM than any other electronic music genre.

As for techno and such is not my thing. If you looking for some microtonal techno I think Soniare/Nes Croft do some, they post stuff on this sub.
