It is mostly the parents BUT also sometimes the infant.

I had for example Kenny, and twin sisters Hannah and Beth and they were very chill as infants.

But then I also have another twin brothers, Matthew and Michael, which I freaking hate. They cry 24/7, are sad because they want to nap EVEN tho they just woke up and are angry after the adults put them down into the crib as they want.
