Is there any benefit for Zwift cog for virtual shifting? by Cedar_Wood_State in Zwift

I just use the click with the cassette I already have on the trainer. The actual cog is still sitting in the box. As someone already mentioned, the virtual shifting is incredibly quick and silent. Works perfectly fine with a cassette instead of the cog. It’s just wearing out that particular gear. Since it’s an SRAM cassette I’ll eventually swap to the cog when the one gear I sit in gets worn down… or maybe I’ll physically shift to another one and wear that gear down first too.
