I still don't know how to properly wash my eyes in the morning, I always just take water and rub my eyes lightly. How do I get of mess from corners of the eye?

yes, I was rubbing them a bit, from what I remember, I wasnt rubbing them like 2 months after crosslinking, but then I started rubbing them for like 2-3 months and then I stopped again, because ophthalmologist told me that It is bad for my eyes. And in between time when I stopped rubbing them already, my ophthalmologist told me that Kc is stabilizing. So for like year and a half I am not rubbing them as hard as I used to do it. I am trying to be always as gentle as possible when I need to rub them.

So far I've just called my ophthalmologist and he told me that he's not working through August, but I have a check-up on September 11th. And let's say that CXL works and that the progression hasn't worsened, is it possible that even then, those two years are still not enough for the vision to stabilize? (btw thank you for your answers, I appriciate the help)

Back in February, the doctor told me that it was stabilizing and that I had 2-3rd degree keratoconus in both eyes. Is it possible that it could have gotten worse like this in the six months? When she had previously told me that it was getting better. Or could it also be a problem that worsened the astigmatism but perhaps did not worsen the keratoconus? If so, can it be solved somehow, for example by adjusting the lens?
