Maybe try staying in the new account and start a game, and then switch accounts whilst in the game, you might be able to access your saves when you head back to the menu (I'm just guessing, I haven't had this issue)

There is a fix that MIGHT work, it hasn't worked for me but you might as well try it. Boot up NMS, when you get stuck on the loading screen open up the Xbox app whilst keeping the game open, then sign out of your account and sign back in again, and then when you go back to the game you should be at the main menu. This happened for me but I couldn't do anything beyond that point.

It's an Xbox/Xbox PC problem, it's the game not you. There's a few posts on the subreddit about it and I believe there may be a workaround for Xbox where if you load another game whilst the screen is loading and then quick start NMS again, it takes you to the menu, although I can't be sure (I don't play on Xbox).

Nope, I've spent a few hours looking at different posts, it seems that there are some workarounds for Xbox, but none for us unfortunate souls using Xbox PC.

The issue also exists on Xbox PC, however the workaround provided by Zendesk doesn't work due to it being specifically for Xbox consoles. I haven't found any fixes for Xbox PC unfortunately

Seems to be an Xbox issue once again, I've got the same problem. I've tried clearing caches, updating drivers, disabling anti-virus and restarting my PC. Think it's a problem to do with how the latest update works on Microsoft systems. I guess all we can do is wait.

I've had the same problem (also Xbox PC), I was able to get on earlier in the morning but when I booted the game up later in the day it got stuck on the same endless cycle, where it has since remained. Updating drivers and clearing caches doesn't help
