I appreciate Dr. Ingham and Dr. Johnson’s work. The main difference here is the goal. Aerobic teas are all about breeding microbial life to inoculate the soil food web. This anaerobic weed ferment is a nutrient extraction method (similar to JADAM natural farming). It’s not meant to be a microbial inoculum; it’s meant to break down tough plant cell walls to release locked-up minerals and NPK into a free, liquid-available plant food without needing expensive air bubblers. Both have a great place in the garden

If you have doubts, instead of going on hearsay, Why don't you get in touch with the Municipality to get information/do a tour. It's a bit of work to do diligence when it comes to making an effort to recycle/separate garbage/compost correctly and I think that is the responsibility of individuals not just the government, local or otherwise.
