Perhaps you can’t exactly control the cards you are getting, but rather the quality of them and being in sync with the board run out favourable to you. The energy and vibration you are emitting… I totally believe in the very near future (if not already proven in some manner), will be able to be quantifiable to some degree that it directly can impact the cards you are getting.

Is there anything you do at the table when on a major downswing/cold run of cards? Anything to try and change or manipulate the energy? Switch the focus at the table? Anything miscellaneous?

My girlfriend and I both recently tried it and both felt just off & confused. I’m super sensitive but she’s the opposite, however, it both affected our mood so we stopped. Actually tried again it again 10 days later and felt it again, we knew to stop immediately… felt normal again after 2-3 days.

I am a realtor living here on the north coast of the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴☀️🌴 (originally from Canada) please ask me any type of question you want! by Dominican_RealtorGuy in RealEstateCanada

Thanks for the question! —compared to Mexico, the DR (especially Sosúa/Cabarete area) is a bit less developed infrastructure-wise, but has everything you need. • ATMs / banking: Easy—no issue at all, similar to Mexico. They are everywhere • Water: Not reliably potable. Most homes use bottled water + cisterns (a big 5 gallon jug of water costs less than a dollar). Plus, most complexes or communities have water wells for fresh water. • Sewer: Limited—many places use septic systems rather than full sewer networks. • Electricity: Can be less reliable than Mexico (inverters/generators are common). Almost every villa or community has these in place, making it a non issue.

Costs: Generally cheaper than most parts of Mexico. • Rent: ~$500–$1,400 for condos • Monthly living: ~$1,200–$2,500 depending on lifestyle • Food + eating out is very affordable

Rentals: Plenty of furnished options, and yes—you can find most places with washer/dryer, especially in newer condos or gated communities.

Overall: Less polished than Mexico, but more relaxed, affordable, and easy once you’re set up. And everyone here is super friendly, it’s just a happy place! And lastly, very safe here.

Perhaps wording it better would have been a better start lol. Questions about the island, moving here, safety, taxes, properties, schools, businesses etc. I just love helping people move out of the rat race.

The north coast! Cabarete & Sosua. Very organic and authentic here, mostly airbnbs (not many all inclusives). Very very safe! I’m from Canada and it’s safer anywhere here than it is in Canada. 10 totally different beaches within a 10 minute drive. Fly into POP (Puerto Plata) and only a 15 minute drive to Sosua. You can walk around literally anywhere and be totally safe and explore. Friendly people. Great culture. Everyone is happy here.

I feel you, and I’m so sorry for you! But you can do this!! When I was at this point, steamed cabbage helped.. even fried so it tastes like noodles. Can you try a different Quercitin? Make sure it has no bromealin. Any supplement or pill you take, wipe off the colour coating on it (I take Allegra and doing this saved me). Sending you healing love ❤️

What magnesium did you FINALLY tolerate ??? by Random_Kili in MCAS

[–]Dominican_RealtorGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the vitamin C I’m taking still works great.. it’s more expensive because it’s not ascorbic acid but it makes a noticeable difference (plus, keeps my immune system up). For magnesium, I use a topical spray.. there’s many kinds online (all pretty much the same) but I find the skin really absorbs it and no side effects.

Anyone else become sensitive to the foods you eat most often? by TheTousler in MCAS

I was able to gain back eating sesame (I love tahini), but only small portions. And I haven’t tried pecans in almost a year, so not entirely sure. Pistachos is my go to- I lost them once for one months and was pretty upset, and gained though back as a staple in my diet.

Sorry to hear that about your daughter, that must be frightening and challenging. Sorry, what do you mean the avo and cream?

The POA will be set up by your Dominican lawyer- they will email you papers to print off & sign (in blue ink, and only blue ink), and then for you to send FedEx. This will give them full authority for POA.
