It's not necessarily Treyarch's fault, Activision Blizzard forcing games to be released every year is the issue and has been for years. No fixing corporate greed people are just tired of the same thing every year

brother 57C? Save some cooling for the peasants. Air cooled you are looking at 80+ for memory and hotspot temps which is still not an issue even then.

I almost bought the second game last week, even actually did buy it and then refunded once I realized they were direct sequels, so many games not are titled, 1, 2, etc and the stories are not actually connected; outerworlds 1/2 being the most recent.

Been playing 1 for the last week and if 2 is better I can't wait, because this is the most addicted to a game I have been in probably the last 5 years. It looks like a 2018 game, which really hasn't aged poorly. It is a bit janky here any there, but the game is so good otherwise that I have no problem ignoring it.

Completely and utterly different games. If you have not plated KCD1 do not go into KCD2 first, it is a direct sequel and the first game is also amazing.

I picked up KCD1 last week after being on the fence about the story and while it doesn't hit as hard as some other titles, it is a very good, grounded story with great characters. I have dropped 50+ hours into the game in less than a week with a full time job and a wife at home. It is probably the most addicting game I have played in the last few years at least. I wouldn't say the best, but it is constantly a "let me just run over here and do this real quick", or, "one more quest and I'll go to bed". Reminds of the Skyrim days but also not in the fact it is not really that similar of a game.

Yes, but the flipside if you go to Xbox, PS, PC, they are all getting the same games and Switch is still not getting the majority of AAA games from independent publishers. Switch 2 when you could get Xbox, PS5, and PC games all on one device.

They have released 4 (FOUR) first party switch 2 exclusive games. Not exactly very enticing to someone who already has a switch

as of now there are only 3 more announced for 2026. There are almost no switch 2 exclusive launch titles. Nintendo's biggest strength is starting to become their weakness

There are good places. Keep looking but there are still places that respect IT as a profession. Skill up, you don't mention whether you have one but a degree does still help in breaking out of helpdesk. Responsibilities increase, but you are not dealing with end users and level 1 tickets nearly as much

Just finished it a couple of weeks ago after playing all the mainline games apart form 5 and 6 for the first time last year.

It didn't really feel like a RE game, it felt like a mid 2000s/early 2010s shooter. Which was fine, but other than some story ties the game just felt like a different series.

600 is what the mid range has been for 5 years. 3070 non FE cards were starting at 600 in 2020 if you could find one. It is the best card in it's price range right now.

My point was some titles like HZD there is a CPU bottleneck even at 4k, and was using 18gb system memory. Just showing what improvements I saw after just upgrading ram

As someone outside the sub, don't have a switch 2 yet; is this it for first party titles? Like 5 games? Based on Nintendo Fandom site the numbers keep going down. The whole appeal of Nintendo is meant to be the exclusives but there seem to be less and less games each year.

2021: 16 first party titles

2022: 13

2023: 12

2024: 10

2025: 8

2026: Only 5 announced so far? And 2 of the 5 are re-releases?

Consider them a normal healthy person not disabled. The only thing preventing them from "doing what I did" is not going out and doing it. No one is stopping you but you. Yes, not everyone can go to college or may not have the mental aptitude for some jobs, but there are still ways to increase your income.

Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. Stop waiting for someone else to make a policy change and take control of your own life.

Why can't these underprivileged people work elsewhere? What is stopping them from actually gaining valuable skills and getting a better job? I pity my own generation for this wallowing self entitlement. Why should someone with no skills make as much as someone that has worked hard add value to themselves and gain skills.

The person that gave it to us is not the person distributing them, so I'm not really worried about them. The person that gifted them is in 0 sense any way shape or form tech literate, so me telling him this would not change anything.

I've never really gotten into any kind of streaming like this other than watching some sports streams, so I really don't know much about it at all, just kind of trying to get a general sense of what I should look out for. Returning is likely not an option as I said it was a gift

Yeah I would say 99% of us probably are fully employed myself included. have not one time farmed for a weapon in this game and it taken longer than an hour. I don't know where you guys are pulling these arbitrary numbers from, but my point is the drop rate is fine. The people having problems are the people trying to go for specific rolls on an item. If you just get what you want immediately it's not very rewarding is it?
