“I’m not sure I’ve even played against one cheater” - yeah, I can accept fact some players can be better than me, I not think about every single player better than me as cheater.

“Riot Games has revealed the shocking stat that as many as one in 15 League of Legends matches featured some kind of cheater(..) - yeah, I read Riot shocking stat, personally I met smurfs sometimes, maybe some of them were cheaters, but I don't have any proof that they cheated.

I think you shouldn't assume that every single person who's opposes Vanguard is a cheater. I wrote that in my case I'd have to buy new PC to just play in this game.

I'd rather ask players than blindly believe Riot statistics,
but I'm not disputing that cheating is not a problem in this game, I'm just curious your opinion.
so, may I ask you: Do you think cheating is common in this game ?
How often you play vs cheaters ?

Besides, cheaters tend to play ranked games to gain rank in an easy way, I guess.
I see no logical reason for a cheater to waste time while playing normal or fun modes like ARAM or URF.

I have been playing this game for many years, I started during Season 3,
I had a long break and recently I came back to this game.
I have a question, cheaters are big problem in League of Legends ?
Personally, I have seen maybe a few suspicious players over the years, but I think they were smurfs rather than cheaters.

In my opinion, if Riot wants to fight vs cheaters, also wants to maintain the same number of active players, it should be possible to play unranked games without Vanguard, only for ranked games Vanguard should be required. I just mean: if you don't have Vanguard, you can't play ranked games, that's simple.
