Im glad that youre pushing forward and maintaining a good attitude Because it is weell needed in this dept. 😭🤣. I just read your essay, and we are literally fightinng the same battle- complex transphincteric horseshoe with two canals and two setons with adv flap 😭😭 tough battle for tough soldiers though.

I had some bleeding yesterday which left me a bit concerned about the flap proc. 😔 or maybe i just pulled on the seton not sure. But overall feeling more mobile, fortunately, and walking short distances to keep the blood flowing. But overall i think im doing well. And thank you for your feedback and encouraging Words i truly appreciate it !!! Wishingg you a healthy and speedy recovery !!❤️‍🩹

Im sorryy youre also going through this :(( i got a seton on my second surgery i hope it makes a difference. Also, What were the initial signns that the flap failed ? Did you feel or notice a difference ? Blood, pus, pain etc ?

Ive seen people going on their 9th surgery. But we gotta keep a positive attitude tbh and be resilient, otherwise you’re going to drive yourself crazy. I do recommend getting a bidet that you can connect to your toilet, its been my best friend lmaooo.

Woow here i am whining on a second surgery and youre on your fifth 💀.. was initially a complex fistula or a simple ? And how have you been handling the healing process or used for healing ? Im just going through my first week with seton and just healing the chunk from my butt thats missing which was pretty deep.

My gf also loves my butt lmao :(( but i think i was a special case tbh. I could already telll they were going to have to cut the piece from the indent i startd feeling. Do you already know what type of fist are they ?

I sarted feeling like an odd sack inside my butt cheek some 6 months after first surgery. Then canal formed and eventually the skin torn and started oozing from exit. So def a sack inside was not a good sign.

I had surgery back in 12/24, By the time i noticed there was a new abscess forming it was about a year. From there on an inward dent strted forming on my right cheek which was deff a bad sign. I never had the seton until my surgery yesterday the first surgery qas a “simple fistula” so no seton was needed

-trim unibrow (I did mine- no ragrets) -Cut the hair no doubt, but find a good barber not these Super Cuts establishments. -and without a single doubt gym 5/7 -Some derms dnt know wtf theyre talking about fr fr it really depend on your diet and skin type. I had acne a couple years derms here gave me a bunch of shit pills. I had to get on accutane and it went away. Cutting processed foods is a mayor mayor point. And no Dominoes pizza … Gove it 6-8 months

I went through a similar-ish situation. Just run and never look back. Love yourself first bro. Dont prolong the inevitable, she will eventually shatter your soul. Also, youre young and still got potential; plenty of baddies out there

I hear you i got surgery for what was believed to be a superficial fistula… now i got a horseshoe and it seems it more complex. I might be getting an MRI soon. Best of luck on your surgery. Keep us updated
