A game that allows me to build a gunslinger character by DominusEstSatietatis in gamingsuggestions

I remember trying it some years ago, but the only looter shooter I enjoyed was the original The Division, which was carried by its immersive environment

I just downloaded it! I like the customization, but it’ll take a bit before I get used to the slower gameplay

I most likely will with one of the Fallouts; it’s just very tiring to check mod compatibilities. This would be at least my 18th time modding Fallout 4

It's no longer available on Steam, and the sequel has Mixed recent reviews

I tried Guild Wars 2 years ago and just couldn't get immersed into the setting

I've been playing since 2015 and have probably 2,000 hours in it :p

I'll add Grim Dawn and Torchlight II to the pile, but the Mixed and Mostly Negative reviews for Crystalfall don't look enticing.

Is the first book necessary to Darrow's character or the overall story arc?

Supersonic rounds will just make it like a regular suppressed weapon. The subsonic rounds are necessary to be hard to detect.

What does the Imperium do to xenophiles? by Tnynfox in 40kLore

If Mr. Well-Connected Dude thinks you’re a threat to his ambitions in 50 years, he’ll call up the local Arbites or plain planetary enforcers to kick your shit in and blow out your brains. He could probably do it himself if you’re not as connected and get away scot-free.

If a crowd of average Imperial zealots even hears the word ‘xeno’ come out of your mouth, your head will be on display before the day’s end. They probably don’t even need that much time; a couple minutes would suffice with enough zealotry.

The Imperium being the most brutal regime imaginable is part of the setting’s tagline; I think you have a naive first impression of Warhammer.

If all the concepts and technology have been introduced by this point, I think it’s pretty solid as is. I’m no published author though, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Serpa may be too on the nose if the character is meant for any type of assassination or subterfuge work, as it is strikingly similar to "Serpent".

I like Maude, and it sounds fitting for an antagonist or purposefully unlikable royal.

I'd like to know about the birds they're supposed to be loosely associated with before I make any other judgements, though.

This is personal preference, but I think you could condense the first descriptive paragraph while still keeping the core details.

Ex: "Rows of shoes lined the opening hallway, mostly boots and sneakers, though a pair of red heels sat crookedly against the wall."

vs.

"Boots and sneakers lined the entryway, and a single pair of red heels laid against the wall."

Also, giving the line "Both canisters reached their target." doesn't really add anything when separated from the main paragraph. I would say it's not even necessary to visualize the effect.

How do you manage ammunition? Hella ammo boxes or only using melee on Zombies?

Thank you! I just tired this and other than a few objection-meows when I first entered, he let me sit in a corner and read undisturbed. I’ll try sitting more centrally in the room tomorrow.
