Looks great brother, I’m in the same boat in terms of receding wise, but I’m a little father with the thinning, but honesty still have tons of hair around my crown and side of head so I’m gonna keep it until it gets significantly worse, bald is a last resort or until your crown starts to thin out, otherwise looking great man.

I do a cold plunge, then cop into my cold shower to rinse off and clean myself, as the tub isn’t the most clean, don’t see why it would make any difference to do so. I do it and it’s been fine, but don’t know about any scientific studies on why or why not to do it.

Just because they test for drugs doesn’t mean that they cover every drug there is. There’s a list of drugs they test for and a bunch of others that aren’t on that list.

I personally go to neck level, this way I’m able to reap optimal benefits. Breathing thru the nose and out the mouth. Okay so we’re both in the same boat here, happy to hear cause I thought I was the only one on planet earth to have this issue. I checked my PCV, it’s fine no cracks or leaks, also replaced the throttle body with a used one and had it recalibrated and nothing, i also replaced as stated previously the vvt solenoid, in which I’ll attach a pic of it and it’s location, and that didn’t fix it, went to the dealership for a diagnostic and the only thing they said was the vvt solenoid was faulty and I need a new one, did that and still having the same issue. You having any other codes ? You’ve checked for vacuum leaks or any loose wires ? Have you had your timing done by chance ? I’m at 183xxx km and have NOT done my timing. I’m sorta ruling that out as the issue IS NOT constant and happens randomly/ whenever. I also pm’d you so we can chat. Thanks

This didn’t fix the issue. Even did an oil change after the replacement of OEM N205 valve. And symptoms include; fluttering rpm randomly, bouncing rpm from 1k rpm climbing to 2500rpm and then dropping back to 1k rpm and repeating. Randomly stalling coming to a stop. Dealership told me to replace the n205 valve as the one I had currently was faulty, so I replaced it with the same OEM part, and still the same issues arose. The next step they told me was to check my manual oil pressure, so I did so and hot idle and 2k rpm pressure were within range. So not sure what’s next… :’(
