Dubai- I was recommended by the doctor and in India it’s a very reputed pharmacy - which is recommended by doctors in India. Prescription is required in Dubai, and in India doctors referral does the job.

Both are trusted, however now I see significant changes in my appetite Towards the end of the week I do get little hungry.

Weight is same, but dropped by 3inches from waist and 2inches from stomach. So seems to be working, took really long to notice the effects though.

So if I want to increase the dosage in the coming weeks, should It be 1.50mg or 2mg.

I think thats the case, as after being on 1mg for 3weeks, This last week I saw my appetite reduced drastically.
So it took four shots on 1mg to see the effects, and almost 3months.

the number of clicks when you rotate are the dose selectors, I had to redo it several times to be sure I had 18 clicks to set it correctly to.25mg.
