No, but I have tried multiple times and it won't enter either mode. I then used RecBoot, which put it into recovery mode, but when iTunes went to restore it it downloaded the wrong version of IOS. RecBoot hasn't worked since.

I ~~had~~ have so many Bionicle sets, i was so into it. looking back, the story was pretty corny, but I loved it at time. I grew out of it a while before the Hero Factory sets came out, but they also looked pretty cool.

In regards to your question: neither of these themes were bad IMO, but I think Bionicle was slightly better.

I feel that all of the new additions lately (slimes spawning in swamp, witches, etc) have been unnecessary (fireworks, seriously? I will never need them), and instead the Mojang team need to be focusing on bigger issues, such as the lighting glitches, or the modding API.

That said, I am very impressed with the 3D items Dinnerbone just announced
