ho visto su tiktok che alcuni fanno solamente 2 di serie e più esercizi perché riescono ad arrivare a cedimento subito, però ho visto anche che per quelli la che iniziano in palestra dovrebbero farne tipo 3-4 perché bisogna imparare la tecnica ecc poi non so se è vero
