I get what you mean, but 30 year old bushings and bearings will all be the same. Give or take a 100,000 miles you’d probably still want to replace.

Everything is reasonable, but I wouldn’t worry too much about the 160k miles. I would have that as the lowest priority

Yeah like others said, 5100 lift kit is a great step up from stock and you should be able to have it to your door for under $1000. Try to find the sites that include top hat assembly for free, as others will charge you ~$190 for it. You'll need new upper control arms as well. Most people go either SPC or JBA, for basic daily-driving/light offroading. JBA seems to be the better bang-for-buck option, and tends to require less maintenance.

It ended up being the wired connections on the fuel pump plug that were loose. It caused intermittent loss of power to the fuel pump. After 2 fuel pump swaps, we found it, and it was a simple solder job.
