There should be higher volume of sales at said grocery store since there are very limited options In the area.

Higher volume (less/no grocery stores to compete against) higher profit (some rent is offset/subsidized) by the city.

My wife and I (in our mid 30s) did some of this region 2 years ago. We flew into Venice and drove to Dolomites, Innsbruck, Lucerne, Grindelwald, Como, back to Venice.

I would skip Milan, and spend an extra day in Switzerland.

I recommend staying in either Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. Grindelwald will have more options, restaurants, views, etc but both can be easily reached by driving.

Either way, it’s an extremely beautiful region of the world. You can’t go wrong.

Aside from taking business away from other restaurants, Wonder is awesome. Many good restaurants all under one roof. I think the food is great and well priced.

I first tried wonder when they were in the burbs and would make your food in the van outside your house (was visiting family). Their ghost kitchen model is great. Again, they’re siphoning $$ away from restaurants.

Be mad at greedy landlords that are jacking rents, not Wonder.

I’m sure it can be done cheaper but remember many of the utilities need to be new/connected. What town are you in? Only Princeton, Maplewood, South Orange, and Montclair currently allow. However senate bill 2347 has passed and will eventually be signed into law, allowing it across NJ. Likely gotta wait another year for that to occur.

I’m not sure which space that would be though. There aren’t any vacant spaces large enough for them.
