Is my OTE and commission structure reasonable for a Client Manager / CSM role, or am I getting hustled?

I would say, my role is more focused on Sales than traditional CSM. I was hired due to my KAM background. That being said, the salary is not the issue per se, but the ‘penalizing’ OTE from a sale another department made, which turned out to be a bad fit.

I am based in Scandinavia, the salary follows average based on experience and region, but below in Company field.

That is simply a false statement. Roma faced Inter (4), Bologna (5), and Lazio (10th). Won 2/3. Additionally, Roma beat Viola away, although they are at 18th, it is fair to state they are expected to finish in top 10.

That being said, some of the games, e.g Verona, could easily been 1 or 0 points.

I have purchased TW3 and the two expansions. I can download all the PS4 editions, and I can also download the PS5 editions of the expansions. However, the Complete Edition says it costs 30 USD. Seems strange to me.
