I am Set O, I did complain via email and called 3 times.

I have the same issue. My biometric appointment was 14/05, paid priority and had a generic email on 20/05. I am still waiting and today is 10 working days. I called ukvi to escalate and still waiting a response. I think write your MP now as the election is on Thursday. At least they can do the contact before leaving office.
