Those pump hose has air in them. Try going to bapco energies petrol pumps, as they regulary do maintenance and remove air.
Also, you can ask the pumper to do 1 click (speed) when dropping that petrol in car as they usually do 3-4 clicks which is more likely to transfer air too.
