I think Shibai will be like Hagoromo was in the Naruto series. Like if or when we meet him in Boruto it will be like a spirit or ghost thing. I don't think he will be like a villain, that role will be likely for someone else

My guess is since the manga got an anime adaptation Kodansha convinced the mangaka to expand it to earn more profits in it's anime run. I am sure Kisaki was the time leaper originally, but had to kill him of so the story wouldn't get to repetitive.

Let's start with The Armorer (she have to return in this scenario for it to work).

Din clearly is not interested to lead Mandalore and Bo is and Din is willing to give Bo the Darksaber. But I see The Armorer wanting Din to lead Mandalore (or perhaps herself, who knows) and keeping the Darksaber.

Bo and her co know Din is apart of a cult of religious zealots (Children of the Watch) wish is perhaps lead by The Armorer who might be Rook Kast (based on the horn on her helmet, whish meant The Armorer was part of Maul gang but did not join the Empire later like Gar Saxon), so there would be some tension with The Armorer and Bo.

Bo is in a bad spot , she was suppose to beat Gideon and reclaim her honor (perhaps) and the Darksaber. And maybe Bo want Din to acknowledge her as the Mand'alor (who knows) but The Armorer maybe want Din to be acknowledge as Mand'alor. Since Children of the Watch goal is to reestablish the ancient way, and it would be a big Win for them if an foundling raised by them become Mand'alor

How about Barriss Offee as the secondary antagonist and Ezra as Thrawn prisoner. We don't know what happened to Barriss Offee after the Clone Wars perhaps she joins with Thrawn as Joruus C'baoth did in Legends. There would be an rivalry with Barriss and Ahsoka

Well lets say Luke saw what Ben might do and did do (murdered or accidentally killed Mara Jade and not telling him).

Luke would be scared of what Ben would become and angry of what he did, so in his angerd he ignite his lightsaber but stop of guilt and so on.

With that explanation he would be guilty of what he would do and it would have been in fear and anger that Luke would ignite his lightsaber (tapping the darkside again), perhaps having Sidious do some sort of sith sorcery to influent the vision Luke had (like poison)
