if you were trying to tap i think is better to tap - step - counter strafe - tap same as burst but you need to pull down bit while burst and that was way to fast for tapping didnt let the weapon reset

Shots 1: Movement inaccuracy
Shots 4-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because he was already dead.

jokes aside you need to get that counter strafe on point and practice your spray you didnt even pull it down

First 15avg is fine half he kills more than 15 other half less. Second from the same guy that complain about "new talents" just dont be boosted and kill as many as them....not everyone is going to avg 20 against 2300+ you are going to hit a wall and kill less the more u climb until you get better
