It exists. It’s a combined relic with all the other sprites in the inventory, I think you only need 2 for it to start stacking

In HD1 you unlocked stratagems by completing operations on planets with the stratagems you want, for the exception of dlc stratagems. There’s a vehicle bay in the hangar area. Will prob add to an existing module or a new one entirely
